3. Services Not Provided

Trenchless or no-dig drain line repair

Any septic-related services beyond camera inspection only

If a customer requires these services, we will inform them and recommend seeking a specialized septic provider.


4. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting a booking form, contacting us, or scheduling service, you acknowledge that you:

5. User Responsibilities

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a service or trip charge.

Emergency or urgent dispatch services may not be cancellable once a technician has been dispatched, and a fee may still apply.

Warranty coverage does not apply if:

The customer alters, tampers with, or modifies the work after completion

The plumbing system is significantly aged or deteriorated beyond reasonable repair expectations

Pre-existing plumbing issues or structural defects
