Welcome to SWF Plumbing Pro LLC (“SWF Plumbing Pro,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, contact/booking forms, phone, email, SMS text messaging, and our plumbing services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our website, submitting a form, requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or receiving Services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or Services.

Important: Availability depends on scheduling, technician availability, parts availability, travel distance, safety, and site access.


3. Services Not Provided

To avoid misunderstandings, we do not provide:

Septic pumping

Septic repair or replacement

Septic maintenance

Trenchless / no-dig drain line repair

Any septic-related services beyond camera inspection only

If you need these services, we may recommend that you contact a specialized provider.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requesting or booking service

Ensure safe and clear access to work areas (including gates, lockboxes, pets, parking, codes, etc.)

Inform us of known hazards (water damage, mold risk, sewage exposure, structural concerns, prior repairs, etc.)

Maintain safe working conditions for our technicians

We may refuse, pause, or postpone service if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.


5. Estimates, Pricing & Authorization

Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change after on-site inspection or diagnosis.

Emergency/after-hours service may be billed at higher rates.

If additional issues are discovered after work begins, we will communicate the change and obtain approval before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.


6. Payments & Billing

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other methods we specify.

Unpaid balances may incur late fees and/or collection costs where permitted by law.

If payment is not received, we may suspend future service and pursue lawful remedies to collect amounts owed.


7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in a service/trip charge.

If emergency/urgent dispatch has already occurred, a fee may still apply.


8. Warranty Policy

We may offer a limited workmanship warranty for certain services. Warranty terms (length and scope) vary by job and may be communicated at the time of service and/or on your invoice.

Warranty coverage does not apply if:

The customer or a third party alters, tampers with, or modifies our work

Damage is caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or failure to follow care instructions

Issues arise from pre-existing conditions or unrelated plumbing/structural problems

Plumbing systems are significantly aged/corroded beyond reasonable repair expectations

Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts/equipment installed and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWF Plumbing Pro LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing plumbing issues or structural defects

Hidden leaks/defects within walls, floors, ceilings, or underground lines that were not reasonably discoverable

Water/property damage occurring before our arrival

Failures caused by old, corroded, or improperly installed systems that predate our work

Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of use, lost income, or business interruption)

Our total liability for any claim relating to Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.


10. Website & Booking System Rules

By using our website or online booking system, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security

Use the website for unlawful purposes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or booking system at any time.


11. SMS & Email Communication Consent

Diagnostic/inspection fees

Dispatch/trip charges

Work impacted by pre-existing/unrelated plumbing issues

Each request is evaluated case-by-case.


15. Service Limitations & Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge:

Plumbing systems can be affected by age, installation quality, prior repairs, and building conditions

Additional issues may be discovered once work begins that were not visible during initial inspection

Severe blockages, root infiltration, structural pipe damage, or collapsed lines may require additional work beyond the initial estimate

We will communicate significant findings and request approval before additional billable work where possible.


16. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, logos, graphics, images, layout, and design) is the property of SWF Plumbing Pro LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse content without prior written permission.


17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
