3) Estimates, Diagnostics, and Job Conditions
3.1 Estimates
Any price estimate provided by phone, text, email, or online is a non-binding estimate based on information available at the time. Final pricing may change after inspection, testing, and confirmation of the actual issue, parts required, and site conditions.
3.2 Diagnostics / Trip Charges
Some service calls may require a diagnostic fee, trip charge, or minimum service fee. If applicable, we will disclose this prior to or at the time of service.
3.3 Unforeseen Conditions
Plumbing work can reveal hidden or unforeseeable conditions (corrosion, code issues, prior improper work, concealed leaks, inaccessible piping, etc.). If new issues are discovered, we will explain the options and may require approval for any added work.
4) Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities
To perform Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact information and service details
Ensure clear access to the work area (including gates, lockboxes, codes, parking guidance, etc.)
Ensure water/electric utilities are available where needed (unless the issue prevents it)
Secure pets and remove hazards near the work area
Inform us of known risks (mold, sewage exposure, fragile surfaces, recent renovations, etc.)
If we cannot safely access or perform work due to site conditions, we may reschedule and/or charge a trip fee where permitted.
5) Permits, Code Compliance, and Inspections
Where required, permits and inspections may be necessary. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for costs associated with permits, municipal fees, and inspections. We will comply with applicable codes based on the scope of work performed.
6) Payment Terms
6.1 Accepted Payments
We may accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, checks, and other payment methods we make available.
6.2 Payment Due Date
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service (or as stated on the invoice). If we issue terms on an invoice, payment must be made by the date shown.

Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and/or interest as allowed by law, and we may suspend future service until the account is current.
6.4 Non-Payment

7) Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule when possible.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time and dispatch costs (where permitted).
8) Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship for a limited period (if stated on your invoice). Unless otherwise specified:
Workmanship coverage may be limited in time and scope
Warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, misuse, customer-supplied materials, acts of nature, or unrelated system failures
Warranty may be void if another contractor modifies or interferes with our work
Any warranty claims must be reported promptly after discovery.
9) Limitations of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
